HOW TO TELL IF YOUR STOMACH’S ACID IS TOO WEAK USING BEETS




The acid levels in the stomach are important and can vary from person to person and they also depend on various factors in the body. Beets are the one vegetable that can help you determine the acid levels in your stomach and if they are desirable or in a lower amount.

The only thing you have to do is eat the vegetable and watch the urine. Beets have a strong natural color that can be present in urine sometimes. If your urine has a pinkish color then that means that your stomach acids are weak.
