- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Instruction: You can always include more or less of the ingredient, but the ratio of honey and cinnamon is always 2:1 (two parts honey and 1part cinnamon).
First, boil the water and stir in the cinnamon. Cover the dish that you use and leave it to stay like that until it cools down to your desired temperature. Then put in some organic honey and stir it. However, never add honey to hot water, as the heat will destroy all honey's nutrients and enzymes.
For optimal results, consume half of the drink before bedtime. Store the remaining drink in a fridge and drink it in the morning. Always consume it on an empty stomach, and never repeat it.
